|Recommended: YesI Really Like The Property. Parking Can Be A Hassle At Times As Well As The Noise From The Main Master To The Neighbors Stair Case And Balcony Where I Can Usually Hear Dogs. — Very nice, clean, maintained property. A little on the expensive side.

|Recommended: YesCanyon Spring Is A Nice Place To Live. — We are happy living here because the grounds are quiet and tidy. We are concerned about not using the amenities, such as the clubhouse or the pool but we know that the COVID-19 shut down caused it. Do you know when we will be able to use them I think we are pillars in the community because we are going on our 12th year.

|Recommended: YesOlder But Clean — Have yet to move in and stay the night, but place inside and out look clean and well maintained. Parking looks suspect-- limited amounts of guest non-carports spots available, especially towards the back of the apartment complex. Overall, the buildings look a bit on the older side inside and out , yet maintained. The staff have been incredibly accommodating and professional. I recommend this place after all is said and done.
